Milton Council on Aging to offer discounted Charlie Cards
Do you have your Charlie Card yet??? If you are age 65 or older you can get a special Charlie Card that allows you to a discounted fare on trains and buses.
If you have a Charlie Card you can also get 50% off the regular fare for boat services and discounted fares to Logan Airport. If you are a Milton resident and do not currently have a Charlie Card, come to the Senior Center on Wednesday, October 11th from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. fill out the application and Grace Busher will take your picture and send it in for you. Then you just wait and your new Charlie Card will be sent to you in the mail. There is no fee for this great service that saves a trip into their office at Downtown Crossing. Please note this is for new cards only.
