Community Cooks in Somerville needs volunteers

A Milton Team from the Community Cooks organization is looking for volunteers to cook once a month for a Quincy shelter.

Every day community members are facing hardships, including hunger.

There are food insecure households in every county in America.

Community Cooks offers you an easy way to help.

Once a month all you have to do is:

• make a dish at home
• deliver it to a nearby location

Your dish will be combined with others to make meals that serve homeless women in a Quincy shelter.
