The Yes for Milton campaign thanks the voters of Milton for their support in adopting the Community Preservation Act (CPA)

The Yes for Milton campaign would like to express our gratitude to the voters of Milton for their overwhelming support and passage of ballot question 3 to adopt the Community Preservation Act (CPA).  Eight years ago, this effort fell short of the votes needed to pass the CPA in Milton.  But this time, you answered the call and by a significant margin, you voted YES for Milton!

With over 61% of the vote, you said yes for state matching funds!   Yes for local housing control and alternatives to 40B developments!  Yes for helping to rebuild our historic fire stations!  Yes for Milton seniors!   And Yes for conservation, playgrounds and parks!

But this is just the beginning.  There is a lot that lies ahead to begin enjoying the rewards of the CPA to brighten the future of Milton.  And we will do this together because like they say, teamwork makes the dream work.  Once implemented, we hope even those who voted against adopting the CPA will come to see the great benefits it provides and the legacy it will leave for years to come.

Thank you Milton!
