Wotiz Gallery in Milton Public Library to host new exhibit

Come check out the new exhibit to be hosted at the Milton Public Library.

During the month of December, the Wotiz Gallery of the Milton Public Library will be graced by the photographs of Milton resident William Grant. William is a passionate photographer who has been largely self-taught.  He enjoys photographing rural scenes in Quebec and New Hampshire and spent some time in 2019 on an exchange in France where he was able to photograph parts of Southwest France.  He particularly enjoys using a slow shutter speed to capture more artistic perspectives. This display will show primarily color images of landscapes and cityscapes, showing his careful observation of these scenes. Outside of photography, William enjoys hockey and plays in the Milton town travel league.  He is also an avid baseball player, playing on the Milton team in Cooperstown in 2018.   This young photographer was born in London but has resided in Milton since 2011, and he is currently an 8th grader at Milton Academy.  Please come and enjoy a lovely exhibit which will be on display from December lst through the 28th.

The Milton Public Library is located at 476 Canton Avenue, and for more information about applying to display in our Gallery, contact Jean Hlady, Head of Adult Services/Reference, by Email at [email protected] or by calling the Reference Department at (617)-698-5757, x. 3.
