Virtual public meeting on Route 28 & Chickatawbut Rd intersection redesign to take place May 21
What is happening?
A Virtual Public Information Meeting will be hosted on the MassDOT website to present design updates and Route 28 Corridor Study results for the proposed Intersection Improvements at Randolph Avenue (Route 28) and Chickatawbut Road Project in Milton.
How will this affect you?
MassDOT’s proposed redesign will replace the current intersection with a roundabout to improve safety for all roadway users. During this meeting, MassDOT will review the proposed redesign, construction activities and schedule, traffic safety, improvements to bicycle and pedestrian connectivity, impacts to the community, and changes to the design between the DPH and the 100% Design submission. MassDOT will also summarize and explain the results of the Route 28 Corridor Study. Meeting attendees will be provided with an opportunity to ask questions and share comments with the project team.
To ensure its meetings are accessible, MassDOT reasonably provides: translation, interpretation, modifications, accommodations, alternative formats, and auxiliary aids and services. To request such services, please contact MassDOT’s Chief Diversity and Civil Rights Officer at 857-368-8580 or [email protected].
