MassDOT details Randolph Ave road diet pilot coming this Fall

During the August 26 Select Board meeting, MassDOT presented an upcoming Road Diet Pilot on Randolph Ave (Route 28) to reduce travel lanes to one in each direction with a center turning lane, which is expected to be installed this fall.

The presentation is available at this link (PDF) and describes the changes and layout of Randolph Ave during the pilot as well as plans for traffic counts and observations to understand the impacts of this change.
