Milton Art Center Gallery artists exhibition:

Milton Public Library and the Milton Art Center (MAC) are pleased to present an exhibition of MAC affiliated artists at the Wotiz Gallery.  The Town of Milton has a vibrant and rich arts community, with a multitude of professional artists working in a wide range of mediums.

This exhibition of 18 artists affiliated with the MAC is representative of this range of talents, and includes works in pastel, oil, acrylic, collage, printmaking and photography.

Artists included in the show are: Carol Abram, Robert Brodesky, Holly Burns, Joyce Caggiano, Erin Donnellan, Sue Hoy, Jennifer Hughes, Rose Gates, Laurinda O’Connor, Donna Morash, Beth Neville, Scott Nobles, Judy Phakos, Andrea Rex, Marjorie Saintil-Belizaire, Diane Reed Sawyer, Christine Schoettle, and Ian Torney. The exhibition will run from December 2, 2016 to January 29, 2017.

Join the artists for the closing reception scheduled for January 19, 2017 from 6-8 p.m.

The Milton Public Library is a vital resource in the community for information, education, and literature that is accessible to all, while the Milton Art Center has established itself as a vibrant community center for the arts offering classes, exhibition space, and concerts. This exhibition of MAC member artists is conceived as an intersection of the goals and values of both organizations.

In conjunction with this show, the Milton Art Center Gallery is also hosting a Small Works Sale, a holiday show featuring small works at tempting prices. The Opening Party is December 9, 6-9 p.m., and is free and open to the public. Exhibition dates for Small Works are December 10 to December 23. For more information, visit www.miltonartcenter.org.
