The Friends of the Milton Public Library hosted a Downton Abbey tea on January 10.
Over 100 guests dressed in their best hats and outfits, and enjoyed tea sandwiches and desserts, served to them on china donated by the Milton Woman’s Club.
Lady Violet lookalike Myrtle Flight posed for photos with guests in a lovely parlor, while others enjoyed watching past episodes of their favorite PBS series on the Library’s big screen.
The proceeds raised from the event support Library programming. For more about the Friends of the Library, visit www.mplfriends.org or contact c[email protected].
