23rd Annual Ed Baker Fishing Tournament

Saturday, June 4th, 2016 (rain date June 11th)

7 a.m. – 11 a.m., Turner’s Pond

Youth $3.00
Adult $5.00

Prizes:

  • 1st Prize (Youth) – 2 Red Sox tickets (dates TBA) donated by: The Peltier Family
  • 1st Prize (Adult) – 2 Boston College Football tickets donated by:

Mark. G. Hamilton Sportsmanship Award:

  • New Rod and Reel Donated by THE HAMILTON FAMILY
  • 1 lucky participant will win a $25 gift certificate donated by BASS PRO SHOPS

Trophies will be awarded to:

  • 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Youth Division, Most Fish Caught in Youth Division
    Most Fish Caught In Youth Division Prize: 2 Red Sox tickets (dates TBA) donated by: Peter Noonan Jr.
  • 1st Place Adult Division, Joe Lannan Memorial Award

 

A special thanks to the Lannan family and Maura Hamilton who year after year have generously donated to the stocking of Turners Pond

To Register:

Register at Parks and Recreation Office in Town Hall or register on the day of the event

B.Y.O.W. – bring your own worms

No shiners or minnows allowed for tournament bait

In the event of rain, please contact the Parks Department at 617-898-4940 for cancellation information on the morning of the tournament.
