Milton Public Library presents Tuesday Night at the Movies, Jan 17.

Our “Tuesday Night at the Movies” pick for January is “Hello, My Name is Doris” which stars Sally Field as an awkward spinster who finds her world turned upside-down by a handsome new co-worker (Max Greenfield) and a self-help guru who inspires her to take a chance on love.  After a lifetime of being overlooked and ignored, Doris brings us a witty and compassionate late-life coming-of-age story that will make you cheer and want to say, “I’m Possible!”  It’s rated R for language so is not suitable for children, and the running time is  90 minutes.  The movie will be screened on Tuesday, January 17th starting promptly at 6:30 p.m.

All programs are sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Public Library, and are free and open to the public. They’re held in the lower level Keys Community Room, unless otherwise noted, and the library is located at 476 Canton Avenue, Milton. For more information, contact Jean Hlady, Adult Services Librarian, at 617-698-5757, x. 3.
