Ellen DeNooyer has announced her candidacy for re-election for Town Meeting member in Precinct 2.

She has been a resident of Milton for over 20 years with her husband, Peter Amram and their daughter, who is a graduate of the Milton public schools. DeNooyer has been a Town Meeting member for 5 years, and has been active in the Columbine Cliff Neighborhood Association, the Master Plan Committee, and Milton Girl Scouts. The family are supporters of Milton Public Library, schools, and performing arts.

DeNooyer is a licensed architect with over 25 years of experience in both leadership and collaborative roles. She received her Masters in Architecture from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University, and is also a LEED accredited professional in sustainable design.

“I believe Milton is a special place, with a rich history, residential character, high quality schools, open space, and ready access to both the urban assets of Boston and the rural assets of the Blue Hills and beyond. I would like to continue to serve the Town as we shape our future. I ask for the votes of my fellow residents of Precinct 2.”

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments. Thank you for your assistance.

Sincerely,
