Milton Public Library to host yoga for adults by Mary Keohane

Yoga class to be offered on Wednesday, June 27th

Finally Milton resident Mary Keohane brings yoga for adults to the library on Wednesday, June 27th starting at 7:00 p.m. Mary has more than 25 years as a physical therapist, has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and has been teaching it for 6. She strives to teach a class for all levels of students with a strong focus on breathing, linking break with a balance of challenging and restorative postures. The session is free but advance registration is required at our website. Students are asked to bring along a yoga mat.
