Knife Skills with Camila Chaparro
July 25th from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Camilla has a culinary degree from the Cambridge Culinary Institute (CCI) and has worked at Sarma, The Plate in Milton and now at America’s Test Kitchen. She is teaching knife skills, something that she now teaches at CCI. She says “not having a good knife or knowing how to chop can slow the cooking process down, so that cooking feels overwhelming”.
