Mass Audubon to host Adult Owl Prowl on February 17th

Early morning program to search for owls

Sunday, February 17th at 4:00 a.m. – 6:30 a.m.

This program is for adults only. The fees are $15 for Mass Audubon Members and $18 for Non-Members.

Make sure you set your alarm clock Saturday night for this early morning program on Sunday. We’ll search the winter woods for signs of great horned owls, screech owls, saw-whets and other native owls. Winter is when owls are most visible and audible as they search for mates, set up territories and claim nests. After the walk, we’ll warm up with bagels and coffee back at the museum and meet some of Trailside’s resident owls. (Fowl weather date for this program is Sunday, February 24th.)
