POLL: Do you support the Ice House 40B project?

A development is proposed for the former Ice House property at 485 Blue Hills Parkway and would include 56 condominium units on approximately 2 acres.

David A. Bosworth Co.’s application to the state to build a 40B development requires a response from the Town by January 31.

According to Bosworth’s application, sale prices will range from $200,000 to $600,000. 14 will be affordable for families at or below 80% of AMI (area median income).

The existing Ice House buildings would be demolished and replaced by one L-shaped building with its units being sold, not rented.
