Milton Council on Aging (COA) Fit for Life Walk to take place Saturday, Oct. 1

The Milton Council on Aging (COA) Fit for Life Walk, hosted by Milton Boot Camp, will take place on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.. The event will raise funds for the Milton COA Transportation Fund, which provides older adults with rides to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other daily activities.

Coffee and refreshments will be available, as well as a special raffle with great gifts!

Course

This scenic three-mile walk will go through the central area of Milton, starting at the Milton Council On Aging, 10 Walnut Street, moving past Canton Avenue (Milton Public Library and Milton High School), then turning onto Blue Hill Parkway before entering the Audobon Road/Thacher Street area.

Those who wish, may participate in a one mile course, starting and ending at the Council on Aging.

Parking

Parking is available at the Milton Council on Aging parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis and across the street at the town hall parking lot.
