Hands-on Workshop: Video Conferencing Basics to take place January 12

There will be a “Hands-on Workshop: Video Conferencing Basics” held on Thursday, 1/12, from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the Keys Community Room.

This in-person class is for those who have some experience setting up personal accounts online and are interested in video conferencing. It will support attendees to create an account on the popular video conferencing platform Zoom and build confidence when using features of the platform in an online meeting.

Advance registration is required and laptop computers will be provided, along with take home materials and snacks.  The instructor will be librarian Regan Mulcahy.

This program is made possible by a grant from the Public Library Association Digital Literacy Workshop Incentive, supported by AT&T.  We hope to see you there!

All of these events are kindly sponsored by the granting agencies and collaborative organizations mentioned previously, and by the Friends of the Milton Public Library. They are free and open to all. You may find our website at:  www.miltonlibrary.org, and for any questions, Email [email protected] or call the Reference Dept. at (617) 898-4964. The Milton Public Library is located at 476 Canton Avenue.
