Adult Yoga for Adults class to take place March 18

Instructor Marianne Zullas will be back to offer her one-hour Adult Yoga for Adults class on Saturday, 3/18, starting at 11:00 a.m.  This ongoing program is an in person gentle vinyasa flow program which is designed to create movement and space in the body.  Students will practice breathing techniques, asanas (yoga poses) and will also be introduced to exercises that will open some of the meridian pathways in the body to create a better flow of energy. Marianne is a yoga teacher and a reiki practitioner, and her goal is to provide her students with the opportunity to dissociate from constant thinking in order to be in the present moment.  For more details and to register in advance, please go to our website as space is limited.  For more information and to sign up to receive the Zoom link, please go to our website to register and read more about this event.
