Make a Splash for a Cause: St. Paddy’s Plunge Takes the Chill for Charity at Houghton’s Pond Park on March 16

The Milton Rotary Foundation would like to invite you to the first annual, St. Paddy’s Plunge and be “Freezin’ for a Reason” on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Houghton’s Pond Beach, Blue Hills Reservation at 840 Hillside Street, Milton, MA.

We are thrilled to announce the first ever St. Paddy’s plunge at Houghton’s Pond on March 16. Food insecurity has been on the rise over the last few years within the state of Massachusetts and effects our local community. The Plunge will also support the Milton Rotary Foundation giving back to Milton High School scholarships and youth programming. Brave souls with warm hearts will run, jump, and dive into the chilly waters of Houghton’s Pond to raise funds to directly benefit the local Milton community. Registration begins at 10 a.m. with the plunge at 11:00 a.m.

Each winter, Polar Plunges are held throughout the country to attract thousands of thrill seekers to engage in worthy and exhilarating fundraising.
