The meeting will begin with administrative items, including the approval of minutes and updates from the Director of Planning and Community Development.

Under new business, the board will discuss the proposed Economic Development Plan aimed at fostering growth and prosperity in the town. Additionally, there will be discussions regarding a vacancy in the Master Plan Implementation Committee.

In old business, the Planning Board will continue discussions on the East Milton Overlay Zoning next steps, as well as zoning discussions related to MBTA Communities, including a review of a scorecard and survey questions.

Residents are encouraged to attend and participate in the Citizens Speak portion of the meeting to voice any concerns or provide input on the agenda items.
