Community Preservation Committee to review key projects at June 24 meeting

The Town of Milton’s Community Preservation Committee (CPC) will convene on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall’s Cronin Conference Room. The meeting will be accessible both in person and virtually, offering residents an opportunity to stay engaged with ongoing community projects. The agenda includes approval of the June 11 meeting minutes, planning for upcoming meetings, and a comprehensive review of several eligibility applications for potential Community Preservation Act (CPA) funding. Notable projects under consideration are:

  • Neponset Estuary Trail (Arthur Doyle)

  • Brook Walk (Jeffrey Stone)

  • 648 Canton Ave. Affordable Housing (Tamposi)

  • Boat Ramp Replacement, COA Bocce Court, Milton Greenway, Town Center Court/Park (Nick Milano, Nick Connors)

The committee will also discuss public outreach efforts, provide an update on Sign Committee activities, and review CPC member term assignments. Additional topics include the CPA grant agreement requirements, updates on the CPC plan, and the funding process.
