Facilities advisory committee meeting to discuss Programmatic Plans and Playground Improvements on May 15

The Facilities Advisory Committee is set to convene for its next meeting on May 15, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at Milton High School in the Superintendent’s Conference Room.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

      • Discussion of programmatic plans

      • Creation of master plan
    • Update on Additional Kindergarten Classroom Space
    • Tabled Conversations:
      • Consolidated Facilities Space (off-site)

  6. Next Meeting Agenda Items:
    • Canceling June 5 Meeting: Conflict with Retiree Event

The committee will begin by voting on the minutes of their previous meeting held on April 24, 2024, followed by a report from the Consolidated Facilities Director.

Under old business, several important topics will be discussed, including programmatic plans for the Cunningham 4th floor, document storage updates, playground improvements, and an update on additional kindergarten classroom space. Tabled conversations regarding Consolidated Facilities Space will also be revisited.

In the new business section, the committee will discuss the schedule, membership, and focus for the upcoming school year (SY25).
