The Milton Planning Board is hosting a workshop on potential new zoning amendments on June 29, 2015. This interactive workshop will give members of the community a chance to provide input and ideas on zoning topics the Planning Board is studying, including:
- Condominium development
- Bed & breakfasts
- Non-conforming uses and dimensions
- Institutional review
- Inclusionary zoning
- Accessory dwelling units
It is the first in a series of public meetings this summer. Two more meetings will occur in July and August, during which draft language for new zoning amendments will be discussed.
The workshop will take place from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Fuller Village, 1372 Brush Hill Road. For more information, contact Tim Czerwienski, Assistant Town Planner, at [email protected] or 617-898-4969.
