Looking for some fun on the Fourth of July?

Kiwanis Annual 4th of July races:

The Park Department has the lines drawn. The girls are practicing their face painting skills. Hundreds of American flags are on hand as well as first, second, third place and participant ribbons are on hand. New batteries for the bull horn, hundreds of Hoodsies are on ice, Rep Timilty has been practicing the Pledge of Allegiance all week and the Fire Department is washing the Fire Engine for all the kids to “drive”.

All we need is YOU and your children. Races begin with the 2 year olds and go up from there. Children’s ages are from 2 to 12. Then parent/child and parent/parent games are where it really gets competitive!

Activities begin at 9:30 at Kelly Field on Brook Road.  And perfect weather has also been ordered!

Great fun as always. Kudos to the Milton Kiwanis Club for always starting off the Independence Day festivities with Fun for all. It truly was a SPECTACULAR Community event. Happy 4th All!
