Sponsored by the Milton Planning Board.

The Milton Planning Board held a Zoning Workshop on June 29 to introduce our 2015 zoning initiative. We will present zoning amendments at the October Town Meeting that will propose changes to what is currently allowed and not allowed in the zoning regulations.

We invite you to join us at an interactive public forum on July 28 at 7 p.m. at Milton High School to discuss the results of the first zoning workshop and the related online survey, find out more about the possible changes to the Town’s zoning, and to give us your input and ideas.

This is the second in a series of public meetings this summer: The final public meeting will be in August. The proposed articles will go to the Board of Selectmen and the Warrant Committee in September for inclusion on the warrant. The Planning Board will hold a public hearing in September on the final language to be presented to Town Meeting.

Due to allergic sensitivities, attendees are asked to please refrain from wearing any fragrances. Thank you!
