The Milton Planning Board is gathering community input on proposed zoning amendments to be presented to Town Meeting in October. The zoning topics addressed by these proposals include:

  • Signs
  • Condominium development
  • Amplified sound
  • Lighting
  • Accessory dwelling units
  • Bed & breakfasts
  • Inclusionary zoning
  • Institutional review
  • Nonconforming uses and dimensions

We invite you to join us for an interactive public forum on August 17 at 7 pm at Milton High School to discuss revised language for the zoning amendments being considered and the results of the Board’s online surveys, and to give us your input and ideas.

This is the third and final zoning forum of the summer. The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on September 10 on the final language, and those amendments will be presented to the Board of Selectmen and the Warrant Committee for inclusion on the warrant.

Due to allergic sensitivities, attendees are asked to please refrain from wearing any fragrances. Thank you!
