Attention Milton Parents of sixth – twelfth graders: anonymous youth risk behaviors survey coming soon

The Milton Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition will be surveying parents and guardians of Milton’s 6th-12th graders to learn more about your personal beliefs, knowledge and perceptions regarding underage drinking and substance use in our town. This online survey is anonymous. The results will be shared with the community and will inform how the coalition and its partners focus on promoting healthy youth behaviors.

Please take the time to fill it out so that the results will be meaningful for all of us. Be on the lookout for a link to the survey, on this website and the coalition’s website, within the next couple of weeks.

Questions can be emailed to [email protected].
