Night can transform the ordinary into something magical. Explore the night-time woods at the base of Great Blue Hill and discover the changes created in the gathering dark. We’ll do experiments to test your senses, look and listen for animals, and (conditions permitting) gaze at the stars. The evening begins with a brief orientation in the museum’s auditorium, followed by a walk on some of the easier paths near the museum.

To preserve the magic of the night, we ask that only adults carry flashlights. Please wear sturdy walking shoes, and insect repellent is recommended. Raindate for this event is July 22.
