Brookwood Community Farm to offer knife skills class with Didi Emmons

Knowing how to use a knife and how to keep it sharp are at the cornerstone of being a good cook. Correctly wielding a knife will cut your prep work time in half and will give you a sense of confidence that will propel you to cook. Using their newfound skills, students will enjoy a big tasty salad at the conclusion of the class. This class will be held on Wednesday, March 6th from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. The cost is $50 or $40 for 2019 Brookwood members.

Milton resident, Didi Emmons is a personal chef and caterer. She has founded four restaurants and authored three cookbooks. Join Chef Didi, for a game-changing class!
