A special 90-minute Introduction to Mindfulness Mediation Because “Adulting” is Hard!
East Congregational Church is offering a FREE 90-minute Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation facilitated by Christine O’Shaughnessy on Wednesday, April 3rd at 7:00 p.m. Ms. O’Shaughnessy, the founder of Mindful Presence, is steeped in the knowledge and experience of the effects that stress plays in people’s health. She has focused her interest in incorporating mindfulness meditation into daily life as an integral tool for stress management, relaxation training, addiction, anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, and long-term illnesses. She has practiced Insight Meditation and yoga for almost 20 years, taught for 14 years, and is RYT200 certified.
