Discover ‘Making Waves’ with Artist John Anthony Lawrence: Exhibit at Wotiz Gallery throughout May

Milton painter John Anthony Lawrence will show an exhibit of his paintings in our Wotiz Gallery this month, from 5/1 through 5/31.  He creates lovely, colorful pieces using both acrylic and watercolor, and many of his images are seascapes and landscapes.

This May exhibition is called: “Making Waves” and it will compare and contrast paintings of New England with paintings inspired from other regions (FLA, CA, The Carolinas..) and with the work of other artists. In addition to land images and seascapes, John paints other subjects such as animals, still life, pools, islands, the interior of homes, people, and more.

This is a very nice collection of work by a talented painter, so we hope you will come visit the MPL in May to view and enjoy it.

There will also be a free and open reception held on Thursday, May 16th, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Gallery when everyone is welcome to come and meet the artist.  Please join us!
