Milton Board of Park Commissioners to convene May 15 at Town Hall
The Board of Park Commissioners will hold a public meeting on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 7:30 a.m. in the Cronin Conference Room at Milton Town Hall, located at 525 Canton Avenue.
The agenda for the meeting includes routine administrative business, community project updates, and opportunities for public input.
The meeting will begin with a call to order, followed by the approval of minutes from the previous session held on April 28. One key item on the agenda is the reorganization of the Board, which may involve the election or appointment of officers and reassignment of duties among members.
Residents will have a chance to voice their opinions and concerns during the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Following that, the board will review project updates related to the Community Preservation Committee (CPC). The deadline for eligibility applications is May 30, and the Board will specifically review submissions from the Parks and Recreation Department.
There are currently no updates listed for the Lower Gile project. Standard reports from the Park Managers and Board Members will also be presented before the meeting is formally adjourned.
The meeting is open to the public, and community members are encouraged to attend and stay informed about the future of Milton’s parks and recreational spaces.
