Milton School Committee to hold Finance Subcommittee meeting on Sept. 17
The Milton School Committee’s Finance Subcommittee will meet with the full School Committee on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Superintendent’s Conference Room at Milton High School and will also be accessible virtually via Zoom.
The agenda includes an Assistant Superintendent’s report, followed by discussion of ongoing financial matters. Under old business, members will review the structure of finance reports and examine a budget timeline document, including coordination with relevant committees.
New business will focus on a discussion of revolving accounts, which often fund specific school programs and services. The subcommittee will also hear a report from the Budget Coordination Committee, vote on prior meeting minutes, and set a date and agenda for the next session.
