Milton Planning Board to Host Zoning Workshop on June 29

The Milton Planning Board is hosting a workshop on potential new zoning amendments on June 29, 2015. This interactive workshop will give members of the community a chance to provide input and ideas on zoning topics the Planning Board is studying, including:

  • Condominium development
  • Signs
  • Bed & breakfasts
  • Lighting
  • Non-conforming uses and dimensions
  • Institutional review
  • Noise
  • Inclusionary zoning
  • Accessory dwelling units

It is the first in a series of public meetings this summer. Two more meetings will occur in July and August, during which draft language for new zoning amendments will be discussed.
