Hendries Special Permit discussion and potential approval to take place at Milton Planning Board Meeting October 13th

The Planning Board has released a preliminary draft of a special permit and site approval plan for the mixed use development of the Hendries property at 131 Eliot Street, Milton.

The Planning Board will meet this Thursday October 13th at 7:30 in the Blute Conference Room, Milton Town Hall, to review the preliminary draft which will be subject to change based on the Board’s deliberations. The public is welcome to attend and provide input on the contents of the draft special permit.
