Dispose of most of your household hazardous waste free of charge

Collection to be held on September 15th

Each year, The Milton DPW hosts a Household Hazardous Waste collection day at the DPW Yard, typically in the fall. Residents can dispose of most household hazardous items (including cleaners, solvents, poisons and oil-based paints) free of charge.

If you have hazardous waste that you would like to dispose of before the next Town-sponsored opportunity, you can drop off HHW at Clean Harbors in Braintree on Saturdays from 8am – 12pm.
