MSAPC Parent Survey to come June 2019

Survey to help MSAPC better understand alcohol and substance use amongst 6th to 12th graders

The Milton Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition wants to understand the perception, knowledge, and beliefs of Milton parents / guardians about alcohol and substance use amongst 6th to 12th graders.

If you are a Milton resident and care for a child in one of these grades, whether attending a public or private school, we want you to participate in this important anonymous survey.

The survey answers are critical for understanding how to better equip adults to raise healthy, resilient children. Your participation is very important.
