Ben Zoll has best interests of the whole Milton community in mind – Opinion

I am thrilled that Ben Zoll is running for Select Board. He is a parent with several children in the Milton schools and he has the best interests of the whole community in mind when engaging with the challenges and opportunities we face in Milton. A talented, thoughtful, and passionate leader, Ben seeks input from the community and wisdom from topic experts when working through an issue.

One of my passions is cycling, whether on the road, or out on the trails. During the recent candidate forum, I was very pleased to hear Ben mention ALL modes of travel and transit when a question arose regarding a dangerous intersection in Milton. In addition to addressing the question of that intersection, he also cited a report from the Milton Traffic Mitigation Committee that was completed in 2020, and discussed the importance of interconnected trails for travel of all kinds to get people safely through our town. Here you see Ben taking a wider view of the issue, and bringing to hand the resources available to us. This is exactly the sort of inclusive and thoughtful leadership Milton needs!
