3. Discussion/Approval – Addressing a petition requesting the submission of Article 1, previously approved at the December 4, 2023 Special Town Meeting, to the entire town’s voters. The discussion will also cover setting a date for a special town meeting in compliance with Section 7 of the Town of Milton Charter.
4. Executive Session – Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(3). This session will focus on strategies concerning litigation involving the Town of Milton versus the Federal Aviation Administration (Case No. 22-1521) currently pending in the U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit.
5. Executive Session – Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(3). Deliberations will revolve around potential strategies concerning threatened litigation against the Town by a Town Employee.
