“Adult Yoga with Mary Keohane” to be held at Milton Public Library

The last program this month will be “Adult Yoga with Mary Keohane” held on Monday, July 24th starting at 7:00 p.m.   Registration is required for this one-hour class, so go to our website to sign up.  Mary has more than 25 years as a physical therapist, has been practicing yoga for 15 years, and has been teaching it for 6.  She strives to teach a class for all levels of students with a focus on breathing, linking breath with a balance of challenging and restorative postures.  The session is free and students are asked to bring along a yoga mat.

All of these programs are kindly sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Public Library, are free and open to the public, and are held in the Keys Community Room, unless otherwise noted.  Contact Jean Hlady, Adult Services Librarian, at 617-698-5757, x. 3 for more information.  The Milton Public Library is located at 476 Canton Avenue.
