Caller reports she observed through her ring video doorbell an s/p female described as a w/f 50y years old, wearing a black crop top at her door touching packages and a bin containing US Mail. Officers were able to confirm packages were left untouched but they were not able to locate a bin. Caller was advised to check to see what if anything is missing when they arrive home and report it. Officers checked the area for the female with negative results.
